# Importing users by email

#### Bulk upload and update of users in Avanoo

Avanoo provides a straightforward way to manage users by enabling both initial bulk uploads and subsequent bulk updates. This is particularly useful for efficiently handling multiple contracts at once.

**Key features include:**

* **Import via Email:** Easily submit your contracts to Sonar by attaching them to an email.
* **File Format Compatibility:** Sonar exclusively supports csv file formats for users imports, and it must follow the csv template from [Importing Users by CSV](/public-knowledge-base/users/importing-users-by-csv.md)

This functionality streamlines the process of keeping your user records up to date in Sonar, saving time and enhancing organizational efficiency.

## How to email a contract

You have the option to either forward an existing email or start a new one. Please attach the user and send it to `support@avanoo.ai`.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.avanoo.ai/public-knowledge-base/users/importing-users-by-email.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
